Rider Safety

A safe ride starts with preparation and clear communication. Follow your guide’s instructions throughout the tour and speak up whenever you need help.

Wear the provided protective gear

Wear your helmet and the protective equipment provided for your ride. Ask your guide to check the fit before setting off.

Listen to your guide

Pay attention to the briefing, route instructions, and signals. Stay with the group and do not pass the guide unless they tell you to.

Ride within your comfort level

Choose a pace you can control, leave room between riders, and pause if you feel tired or unsure. Tell your guide if you need assistance.

Use the designated route

Follow the guide along the planned route. Do not attempt a feature or terrain section until your guide has explained it and you are ready.

Report problems immediately

Let your guide know about discomfort, equipment issues, a fall, or a change in trail conditions so the group can respond.
